Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Your account, posts, comments, buddies, and progress photos are removed within 30 days.
How do I report a user or post?
On the social feed, tap the ••• menu on any post and pick Report. To stop seeing someone entirely, pick Block. We review reports within 24 hours.
Why aren't my workouts syncing?
Sync only runs when you're signed in. Open Settings → Account and check that you're authenticated. Sync is best-effort: your local data is the source of truth, so nothing is lost if a sync fails.
Apple Sign-In isn't working.
Make sure you're signed in to iCloud on your device and that your Apple ID has two-factor authentication enabled. If you previously chose "Hide My Email", revoking the relay address from Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple on your device will block sign-in until you re-grant access.
How do I export my data?
From Profile → Workouts, tap the share icon to export a CSV of every completed session. For a full export of all your data (posts, measurements, photos), email jacob@sprake.co and we'll send a JSON archive within 30 days.
I think I found a bug or security issue.
